Property Rates

Dear Kenton Community

Please see an official invitation from Ndlambe Municipality to lodge an objection against the local municipal property rates. This relates to your residential properties.

Objections must be submitted to municipal offices between 7 July and 10 August 2022. The forms are obtainable from the municipal offices. Office hours are between 08h00 and 16h00 weekdays only.

  1. You cannot raise the rates because the service has not improved, but declined. No running water from the network since buying our property. And it is not the fault of the guys on the ground level. It is a fiscal problem at the top of the structure.

    Water supply
    Maintenance of roads
    Road signs ETC
