Rates increases

KOSRA is aware that Ndlambe have given notice to selected homes in Westbourne and Elliot Road, of their intention to revalue the properties fairly significantly.

KOSRA invites affected rate payers to share their views on this matter by email addressed to: chair@kentonratepayers.co.za and to news@kentonratepayers.co.za.

To be received by no later than 16 January 2023.

KOSRA will take into account the opinions expressed, in formulating its opinion and addressing Ndlambe appropriately.
