Merry Hill Property Owners Association

The Merry Hill Property Owners Association, with a committee of volunteers, was established to take care of and maintain the suburb of Merry Hill. The Merry Hill committee works with KOSRA and assists with environmental and community aspects of Merry Hill such as dumped garden refuse, road repairs, street lighting and the maintenance of the electric fence. A small monthly levy is payable by owners for the maintenance of the electric fence which surrounds the suburb and includes payment of the night guard at the entrance into Merry Hill.

Although Merry Hill is on the “other side” of the R72, it is still a part of Kenton on Sea. Overlooking the Bushmans River and the river mouth, Merry Hill is a very quiet, peaceful and friendly suburb with almost 80% of all properties enjoying the beautiful vistas. The Kenton Marina is located in Merry Hill.
