The hole at Middle Beach Car Park

by | May 27, 2019 | Blog, Water, Infrastructure and Maintenance

Down in the bottom of the deep blue sea is exactly where we all might end up if Ndlambe doesn’t see fit to fix middle beach car park very soon.

We have written nicely to ask if they will please mend the subsidence. We explained that a couple of people have already fallen into the hole! Plus we mentioned that if repaired now, whilst it will be quite a big job, if left to the elements in a few months’ time it will be a monumental job!

We even added photographs to illustrate our concern – just in case the maintenance inspector missed the crater when he rushed off to the car park to take a look!

You’ll be pleased to know that we didn’t have long to wait for a response!

And below it is for you all to read (click picture for a bigger version)! Makes you think – doesn’t it!
