KOSRA are acutely aware of the intense sense of frustration that ratepayers harbour regarding the lack of service delivery from Ndlambe and excessive rates charges that Ndlambe has sought to selectively impose.

KOSRA wrote to the consulting engineer employed by the Eastern Cape Provincial Roads Department, expressing concern about the bush and grass encroaching on the roadway on the R343 between Kenton and Salem.
